Upgrade the Black Dragon Equipment
1. Go find the Furnace of Immortality at (3256, 2502), Spring Town:

5. Get upgraded Black Dragon Equipment
 
Obtain the Black Dragon Soul
Talk to the Diviner – Hocus Pocus beside the Furnace of Immortality, he’ll tell you how to obtain the different kinds of souls.
